Eve S Tudor (B. 1977) British Greek Cypriot. ‘My work is a fusion of my life experiences since leaving art school (Goldsmiths) in the 1990’s, incorporating a professional photography career, gallery and curatorial experience and being a mother. Through drawing and oil painting I have found a personal and symbolic language that allows me to explore the iconography of motherhood and femininity and as well as personal mythology. I am interested in exploring uncomfortable aspects of human experience particularly feminine rage, deep emptiness and grief, whilst also allowing the duality in love to embody my work and to create a deeper sense of self. I’m currently studying Advanced Painting at ESOP and exhibit regularly in the UK and Europe.’
