I am a London-based artist working primarily on large-scale oil painting and drawing. I am drawn to the power of scale to evoke emotion and atmosphere. My practice is rooted in a deep desire to create work that feels both immediate and enduring. I am focused on developing a body of work that reflects my own perspective and philosophical enquiry while pushing the boundaries of traditional oil painting of the human form. Each piece begins with a fragment of experience, evolving through layers of intuition and intention. At it's core, my practice is about creating a space for stillness, emotion and connection in a fast-moving world.
